The icon was inspired by the concept of a stone memorial set up in the OT to mark a place of spiritual significance. This church expects to create “a deep inspiration to be transformed and to live a transformed life.”
Five stones were used to represent the broader community, which is made up of five neighboring communities (with a geological ridge running through them). A sixth stone was added to represent Christ as the cornerstone.
