How does one capture the idea of Good News? What does it look like or feel like? We talked through all the ways we’ve received good news (what full to tell those meaningful stories) and the times we longed for good news (less wonderful stories…). The idea of a new day… dawn… a fresh start… this is the metaphor that most closely captured the idea of good news. It also fits with Scripture, which assures us that God’s compassion is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).
